PRIYANKA SHARMA (Co-Founder)
An Engineer and MBA from IMI, New Delhi, Priyanka began her career in HR and transitioned to Marketing in CEAT Tyres. She has been an integral part of CEAT’s growth journey and an invaluable asset to the USD~ 3Bn RPG group, one of India's foremost Business houses, where she has worked passionately for more than a decade.
With a staunch belief in the power of people, a fresh corporate perspective to the business of food and a seasoned epicure at heart, Priyanka is successfully leading the team at Uno Más for the past 1.5 years.
PALLAVI JAYSWAL (Chef & Co-Founder)
After a degree at Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communications (Pune), and handling financial and lifestyle accounts as a Public Relations Officer at Weber Shandwick's Mumbai office for a year, Pallavi realised that corporate life was not her calling.
Her passion for gastronomy led her to the London campus of Le Cordon Bleu in 2012, where she honed her skills in French cuisine and culinary techniques for a year.
Pallavi has worked as a Chef in some of the biggest restaurants in Mumbai and mentored by culinary greats. She is successfully leading the team at Uno Más for the past 1.5 years.
